- ITA (Integrity and Transparency Assessment): annual participation in the NACC assessment with public reporting of results.

Good Governance
- The University of Phayao participates annually in the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) conducted by the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC).
- The UP ITA system serves as a pre-assessment tool for evaluating the integrity and transparency of internal university units, covering three dimensions: IIT, EIT, and OIT.

- A dedicated channel for reporting corruption and misconduct.
- A channel for receiving public feedback and opinions.
